What occured with the Nature Jewel Untertalbach Gorge in Austria/Styria e.g.?

2007 the Untertalbach Gorge was declared as Natural Monument, this was the end for all power station plans.

2010 this legal protection has been cancelled dubiously! Why? To enable again the power plant project for political friends!
